BAKED SQUASH WITH SAUSAGE | |
2 sm. acorn squash 4 tbsp. pure maple syrup 2 tbsp. butter 8 oz. bulk hot Italian sausage Cut squash in half; clean seeds from cavity. Put a fourth of maple syrup, butter and sausage in each cavity. Place squash on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender. Yield 4 servings. |
