ITALIAN VEGETABLES 
1 c. green pepper pieces, 1 inch pieces
1 c. sliced carrot, 1/4 inch slices
1 c. fresh cauliflowerets
1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. Italian dressing

In medium mixing bowl, combine green pepper, carrot, cauliflower and broccoli. Add dressing. Toss to coat vegetables. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave at High for 6 to 7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring once. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Yield: about 4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
