LEMON YELLOW CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello instant pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs

Beat together until smooth. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes in 9x13 inch pan. Remove from oven and while still hot, poke holes in top surface with fork.

Spread over top a glaze made by combining 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Place back in oven for 5 minutes to spread glaze.
