YELLOW LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer) yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) Jello lemon instant pudding and pie filling
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes the remove from pan and finish cooling on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
