BAR-B-QUE CUPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 can tenderflake biscuits
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese

In large skillet brown ground beef and drain. Add barbecue sauce, sugar and onion. Set aside.

Separate biscuits into 12 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each of 12 ungreased muffin cups pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 400 degrees, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
