CHICKEN - GREEN CHILI SOUP 
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans diced green chiles
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. half and half
1-2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. instant rice

Mix together all ingredients except for rice. Cook for 1 hour. Add instant rice. Cook for 10 more minutes. Serve with warm cornbread.
