BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. blueberries

Stir sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Stir in water and blueberries. Bring to a boil. Simmer until thickened and clear, about 4 minutes. Good on ice cream and pancakes.
