PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE CRISPS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream butter, butter, and sugars; add eggs and blend. Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Add all dry ingredients; stir until well blended. Chill dough if too soft to handle. Roll into balls the size of large walnuts. Place 3 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets; flatten with fork, making crisscross design. Bake at 375 degrees until set, but not hard. Store in covered container when cool.
