MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables, cooked per instructions
1 sm. c. asparagus, chopped and drained
Whites of 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped and add to vegetables

DRESSING:

1 c. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 sm. onion chopped
1 tsp dry mustard

Mix dressing with vegetables. Mash egg yolks through over top. Serve at room temperature, or chilled. This is one salad that seems to be a favorite of men. Stores will in refrigerator. Serves 10 to 12 people.
