2 pkgs. lemon gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 chopped cucumber
Cucumber slices
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 shredded carrot
1/2 c. diced olives
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar

Dissolve gelatin in water. When mixture starts to congeal, add all remaining ingredients. If desired, place sliced cucumbers in bottom of mold before pouring in mixture. Serves 12 generously.
