CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter (opt.)
1 can cream of onion soup or another variety
12/ c. chopped onions
10 oz. grated sharp cheese
1 c. sour cream
Pepper & salt (opt.)

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 2 or 3 quart casserole. May be topped with crumbs, if desired. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
