NUTBURGERS 
6 slices of bacon
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. pecan pieces
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, grated

Cook bacon until crisp; set aside. Season ground beef with salt; divide into 12 portions. Shape portions into flat patties. Mix together pecans, parsley, onion and spread on 6 of the patties. Top each one with one slice of bacon broken in half. Top with the remaining patties. Pinch the edges together. Grill the nutburger on a preheated grill for about 8 minutes, turning them once or panbroil them. Yield 6 servings.
