RUSSIAN CHICKEN | |
2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boned 1/2 c. hot water 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing 2 tbsp. apricot preserves Wash, skin and cut up chicken into 1 inch pieces and place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Easy, different and delicious. |
