PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 cups sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 cup evaporated milk 1 cup miniature marshmallows 12 oz. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract Heat electric skillet to 280°F. Combine sugar, butter and milk in skillet. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until blended. Pour into greased 7x11-inch pan. Refrigerate. Cut in squares. |
