PEACH COBBLER | |
1/4 c. soft butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 1 c. flour 1/2 c. milk 1 (16 oz.) can peaches 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar Cream together until light and fluffy the butter, 1/2 cup sugar and egg. Mix alternately the flour with milk into the sugar-butter mixture. Beat until smooth. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over peaches. Pour butter into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/8 inch greased pan or 10 inch casserole dish. Spoon peaches over butter and pour juice over top. BAke 45 minutes in 375 degree oven. While baking fruit will go to the top bottom and crust will come to the top. |
