BAR-B-Q HOT DOGS 
1 lb. hot dogs
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. hot water

Place hot dogs in baking dish. Mix other ingredients, and pour over dogs. Bake in slow oven 1 hour.
