“BAR ROOM HOT WING SAUCE!” IS IN:

BAR ROOM HOT WING SAUCE!
4 cups FRANK'S® Red Hot hot sauce
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. brown mustard
1 tsp. fresh garlic
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. horseradish
a small amount of black pepper, cayenne and red pepper flakes (start small, you can always add more later!)
1 tsp. honey or maple syrup

Combine everything into one pot, stir well. Then bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

For best results let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for 12 hours and then re-heat on the stove or microwave. (This lets the flavors really come through!)

The best way to make these wings is to deep fry a naked wing (fresh wing cut at joint with tips removed) and then dip them in the heated sauce and serve right away.

WARNING: I tried to convert this recipe from one I use to serve 100 dozen wings, and I've made them for so long I just eye it up. Play with the recipe. It made me rich! Thanks. Let me know if you like it.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
