CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
2 c. chicken broth
3 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
Pinch soda

Add enough flour to make it stiff (self rising flour). Roll out dough and cut in small strips, add to boiling broth, let boil hard for about 5 minutes, then turn heat down low, add chopped chicken and cover and let cook about 20 minutes.
