STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
2 c. berries, rounded
2 c. sugar, level
1/4 c. water

Bring above to rolling boil and cook for 10 minutes. Let cool then add: 2 c. sugar

Bring back to boil and cook 10 minutes. Let cool before putting in jars. Seal with paraffin wax. Makes 2 pints.

Note: Do not increase these amounts; recipe will not be successful!!!
