TRADER VIC SALAD 
1/2 lb. real crab meat
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits, drained

Mix all ingredients together and let stand for several hours. Drain again before adding dressing.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. chutney
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Mix all together and toss with salad. Can stuff in tomatoes or avocados.

Serves 6.
