TUNA BURGERS 
2 sm. cans tuna
3/4 c. whole wheat saltine cracker crumbs (about 20 crackers)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. egg
Bottles of tartar sauce
1 tbsp. salad oil
4 lg. sandwich buns
Lettuce
2 sm. tomatoes

Drain tuna. Mix tuna, cracker crumbs, pepper and egg and 1/3 cup tartar sauce. Shape into patties. Heat oil. Fry patties. Put lettuce on buns. Top with patties. Spread 1 tablespoon tartar sauce on each patty. Top with slice of tomato.
