TOFU SPINACH PIE | |
1 lb. firm tofu 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 med. carrot, grated 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. salt Garlic and onion powder to taste Mash tofu in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
