TOM'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
DOUGH:

1/2 c. butter, softened
5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 egg, well beaten
1 cake yeast
1/2 c. warm water
Dash of salt
3 c. flour

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Melted butter
Glaze

Cream butter and sugar. Add boiling water and cool. Add egg. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to sugar mixture, blend. Add salt to flour and flour to wet ingredients. Mix. Dough should form soft ball. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Divide dough in half and roll each half to 6 x 12 inch rectangle. Brush with butter and sprinkle with filling. Roll and slice into 1 inch thick portions. Place on cookie sheet and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Glaze while still warm.
