RODEO MACARONI 
1 pkg. (7 1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner
1 tsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook noodles according to package; drain. Stir in butter and set aside.

In large skillet brown ground beef; add peppers and onions. Cook until tender. Drain. Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Blend thoroughly. Simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat Stir in contents of cheese package.

Mix meat mixture with macaroni in a 3 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake 350 degrees until cheese bubbles.
