ANGEL PECAN PIE 
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 c. sugar
23 Ritz crackers, crumbled fine

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually add cup of sugar and vanilla. Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts. Bake in a well greased 9 inch pie plate at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Cool and add Cool Whip.
