MAMA'S PEACH BUTTER 
10 c. pulp
5 c. sugar

Peel peaches, cut off of seed. Put in blender and blend. Measure, put in pan, add sugar, stir over low heat for a few minutes. Stir frequently, gradually raise heat and bring to full boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring continually. Remove from heat and pour in prepared jars. Makes approximately 6 quarts.
