HONEY-PEACH BUTTER 
18 med. peaches, washed and peeled
1/4 c. water
2 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey

Chop peaches coarsely. Cook in water until soft; press through a sieve or food mill. Measure 6 cups pulp into large saucepan. Stir in sugar and honey; heat to boiling. Stirring frequently, boil gently 40 to 50 minutes or until mixture thickens.

After mixture thickens, fill jars, process and cool and store.
