POTATO GATEAU 
4 lbs. potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
Ham and prociutto
Mozzarella
Bread crumbs

Boil potatoes, peel and pass through sieve while still hot. Blend in butter, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper. Grease mold and pour in half of potato mixture. Then add ham and cheeses over first layer. Press down with fingers. Add remaining potatoes, dash of butter, sprinkle with bread crumbs and cook in hot oven for 30 minutes.
