ICED APPLE TEA 
6 tea bags
3 c. boiling water
3 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/3 c. honey
Lemon slices (opt.)

Remove boiling water from heat and let tea bags brew for 5 minutes. Remove bags and add allspice, honey and apple juice. Simmer over low heat until honey is blended, about 1 minute. Chill. Serve over ice with lemon garnish.
