3 lg. eggs 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon juice 3 c. sour cream CRUST: Springform pan, 9" diameter, bottom and sides lined with crumbs 18 graham crackers, crumbed 3 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Mix graham crackers with 3 tablespoons of sugar, butter and cinnamon. Line bottom and sides of springform pan; set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put all but the sour cream into blender and blend until mixed and smooth. Now add the sour cream and mix until smooth. Pour into pan and bake for 40 minutes. |
