CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar, packed
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal (measure, then grind fine in food processor)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
3 c. nuts, chopped

Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, oat flour, salt, baking powder, and soda. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes. WATCH CLOSELY, DO NOT OVER BAKE - WILL BE HARD! These are easier to do if you use your dough hook on mixer, as the dough is stiff. These freeze well baked or unbaked. They are supposed to be Mrs. Field's recipe. They are delish.
