DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa (baking)
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 round pans. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in boiling water. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan. Let cool, then frost with Buttercream Frosting.
