CREAMIEST RICE PUDDING 
6 c. milk
2 c. water
1 c. river rice
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

In large saucepan, bring water, milk, rice and butter to rolling boil. Reduce heat and cook at low boil for 45 minutes.

Whip eggs, sugar and vanilla together. Fold egg mixture into rice mixture. Cool before serving.
