TEX-MEX HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
3 sliced onions
1 chopped green pepper
1 med. can whole tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pan fry ground beef until light brown in skillet. Drain fat. Add onions and peppers, cook until onions are tender. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat until warm. Pour in a casserole dish, cover and bake for 1 hour.
