SUNSHINE ENCHILADAS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can chili or chili con carne 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts) 2/3 cup tomato juice 2 tsp. onion 2 cups corn chips (Fritos) 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Brown ground beef, drain fat; add chili/chili con carne and chili powder. Mix. Combine ketchup, tomato juice and onion. Add to meat. Top with corn chips and sprinkle with grated cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
