SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
6 or 7 c. Golden Delicious apples, thinly sliced
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter

Thaw apple juice and stir in cornstarch. Cook until mixture is thick and clear. Stirring constantly, remove from heat and stir in spices. Add apples. Cool to lukewarm and pour into pie shell. Cut slits in top crust for steam to escape. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

PIE CRUST:

2/3 c. milk
1 1/3 c. Wesson oil
4 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Roll between wax paper.
