1 c. buttermilk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
2 rows Fudge stripe Cookies

Mix buttermilk and pudding. Add Cool Whip and oranges. Crush cookies. If cookies are frozen, they break up better. Mix all together and serve.
