PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. onion, minced
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 cans condensed tomato soup
2 c. water

Use regular rice, NOT instant rice.

Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Form into pingpong sized balls and place in baking pan. Mix soup and water together; pour over the balls.

Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Cover and continue baking for another 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
