MONDEL BREAD #2 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
3/4 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Make roll the size of a submarine roll. Place on greased cookie sheet. Pat hands with flour to handle. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut while warm. Top with cinnamon and sugar.
