CHOCOLATE MACAROON CAKE 
1 dark chocolate cake mix
1 egg white
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and lightly flour a bundt pan. Make cake according to directions. Pour 2/3 of batter into pan. In a small bowl, beat egg white at high speed until peaks form. Add sugar, beating constantly. by hand, stir in remaining ingredients. Make a tunnel in cake batter in pan and fill with macaroon. Drop spoonfuls of remaining chocolate cake mix over macaroon. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.

Frost with Butter Frosting: 1 lb. powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 to 3 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl, cream butter; add remaining ingredients. Beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. If necessary, thin with additional milk.
