CHOCOLATE MACAROON COOKIES 
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 sq. melted chocolate
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix oil, sugar and melted chocolate. Beat well and add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix well, cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Form balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
