FUDGE MACAROONS (UNBAKED
COOKIES)
 
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips or mini chips
2 cups corn flakes (unfrosted)
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Combine milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, add vanilla and chocolate chips, stir well.

Add corn flakes, coconut and nuts.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper and let stand in a cool, dry place, until set.

These freeze nicely.
