ALBONDIGA SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
Dash of salt
2 sticks celery
1 sm. onion
1 carrot
1 green pepper
1 sm. can tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. macaroni

Boil 6 cups water. Add salt and pepper to hamburger. Shape meatballs. Dip in egg batter. Drop meatballs into boiling, salted water. Chop up celery, onion, carrot, green peppers. Add to meatball soup. Add can of tomatoes and bouillon cubes. Add taco seasoning mix. Simmer 20 minutes or longer. Add macaroni, 10 minutes before serving.
