1 lb. ground beef
2 medium potatoes, quartered
1 medium onion, quartered
2 or more carrots, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper

Shape beef in 2 patties. Place patties on aluminum foil. Top with potatoes, onions and carrots. Season with butter, salt and pepper. Wrap tightly and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
