CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
Pinch salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 c. cold tap water
2 c. can milk (Pet)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked (9 inch) deep dish pie shell

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar

Gradually add sugar to the whites, beat on high with hand mixer until stiff peaks.

Mix first 7 ingredients in a pot and boil on high, stirring constantly until thick, like pudding. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir or whisk it in if lumps are present. Pour into a cooled baked pie shell. Top with prepared meringue and place in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown on top.
