PECAN CRUNCH COOKIES 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add chips and nuts. Stir in flour. Form small balls. Press balls flat with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes, or until lightly browned. If desired, sprinkle with red or green sugar crystals or top each cookie with a pecan or cherry half. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
