CHOCOLATE ARMARETTO BALLS | |
18 oz. chocolate chips 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk 3 tbsp. amaretto liqueur 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 c. almonds, chopped fine In heavy pan over low heat melt chips with condensed milk. Remove from heat and stir in amaretto and almond extracts. Chill 2 hours. Shape into 3/4 inch balls and roll in nuts. Store at room temperature tightly covered. Flavor improves after 24 hours. 6 dozen. |
