HAMBURGER DILLS 
1 qt. vinegar
2 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. canning salt

Mix brine ingredients together and boil 1 minute. In each sterile jar put dill, 2 cloves garlic, some onion slices. Fill 1/2 full with cucumber slices. Repeat layers; pack hard. Pour liquid brine over top to fill. Seal with hot lids.
