ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans of asparagus (spears or cubes)
Ritz crackers (1 sm. pkg.)
1 lg. can evaporated milk
Grated cheddar cheese

In a 9 x 13 inch pan put 2 drained cans of asparagus on bottom. Crumble Ritz crackers on top of asparagus until crackers cover asparagus. Pour evaporated milk over crackers until milk comes through the crackers. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
