HOT MILK CAKE FROST WITH CARAMEL
FROSTING
 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt

Beat eggs, add sugar gradually and beat for 5 minutes. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Heat milk and butter until butter melts, and milk comes almost to a boil. Add to first mixture and blend. Pour in a 9 inch square pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.
